Public Information Meeting for 6085 & 6093 Marine Drive

Thank you for attending our developer-led Public Information Meeting (PIM) on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

The purpose of this PIM was to share the details of our development application to replace the existing utility building at 6085 and 6093 Marine Drive with a collection of low-rise townhomes.

MEETING DETAILS

LPI Management Ltd. has submitted a development application to the District of West Vancouver to replace the existing telecommunications operation at 6085 and 6093 Marine Drive with a collection of 12 low-rise townhomes sensitively integrated into the Gleneagles community. 

This PIM is a follow-up to Public Consultation Meeting (PCM) held in October 2024.

 

The overall nature of the proposal is consistent with the materials presented at the previous meeting, though minor enhancements and additional details will be shared.

 

This meeting is an opportunity for the community to: 

  • Speak with the project team

  • Learn more about the proposal 

  • Ask questions

  • Provide feedback

For those who are unable to join us in person, presentation materials will be posted on this website on May 13. You will have a chance to review them and provide feedback via the online comment form from May 13 until May 20, 2025.

This project features twelve new family-size townhomes that offer a more attainable housing option than single family homes. The proposal is intended to complement the Gleneagles neighbourhood with high quality design, including West Coast inspired architecture, richly layered landscape, generous on-site parking, and tree retention and replacement.
